From my heart everything is good.  Notice the hand stops at the end of the sign. GOOD! A little good the hand stays closer to the chest and is not as abrupt.
Well as in good health.

Gentle = heart good
Also means I am well or very well. Glad
Pretty good = A little good.
Sign: you good = you have a good heart.
Good=brave. He is a good warrior.
All right=good
Well off=good
Navajo word is ya at eeh. Used as a greeting.
