Morning, Good Morning, Early

Point toward the rising sun (east). If east is not known (inside a building), then the rising sun is always over your left shoulder. This sign can also say “In the morning””.”

May: not signed, understood.
You: the subject. Two fingers more polite way of pointing at someone.
Morning sun, sunrise. The left side is considered east if indoors or when east is unknown.
Day: sunrise+day = happiness
Heart: cupped hand over your heart. 
Flat hand outward from heart: good. Everything in your heart is good.
